Pros

-Fun / Professional atmosphere -The environment is totally transparent which creates a great togetherness within the organisation -Onboarding is above startup/scaleup level - very engaging &... helpful -Never take's ourselves for granted - continuous learning within the organisation around what works / what doesn't.

Cons

-It is particularly quiet Tuesday - Thursday in the office due to people being out of the office (WFH or at clients sites)

- Keep the autonomy of the workplace up as we grow
