Featured Review

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Points International

Pros

Great benefits and company culture.

Cons

Job can occasionally be repetitive

Current Employee - Analytics

I have been working at LoyaltyOne full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Flexible hours / work from home, strong collaborative culture. challenging projects, great data and tools, established analytics team, plenty of opportunity to make an impact to financials and grow... your career.

Cons

Shaky corporate leadership over last 12-18M, challenged to shake legacy work that holds company back

Advice to Management

Nice work on management of COVID to maintain business operations. Keep going on the culture rebuild. It’s starting to improve. Empower the smart people you hire. Tons of talent in the company that... just needs a bit more freedom to make a difference.
