Current Employee - Supervisor

I have been working at Petro-Canada full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I have good communication skills in satisfying guests need..

Cons

I speak bit fast, and I’m lazy sometimes

Former Employee - Senior Auditor

I worked at Canadian Natural Resources full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Lots of excellent people to work with and learn from. Opportunities are there if you are ready and keep your eyes out.

Cons

Groups can be too much of a silo and due to the large number of employees, it can be hard to reach out to other departments to include them in a bigger picture for brainstorming solutions.

Advice to Management

Continue to be open to cross-discipline exchanges of info at different levels of employees - all can bring their valuable perspective to business process improvement.
