Good team, engaging role, good learning opportunities, good distance from town centre

Cons

Poor pay progression, minimal support, stressful job at times, overtime is not always paid, dishonest management at times, poor work incentives

Advice to Management

Set quarterly reviews so staff are able to raise issues privately and discuss any matters Pay staff properly Pay overtime Don't suggest bonuses are imminent if this isn't the case
