Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Technical Writer

I worked at OpenText full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Fair pay, excellent team leaders, good work environment

Cons

No raises after you reach a certain level of pay. Once you've reached the top of your pay scale, you will be laid off.

Advice to Management

Good people are not cheap and people who take low wages are not good. Keep your people and get rid of the the narrow minded accountants who advise lay-offs for lower wages.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at QuadraMed full-time

Pros

Allowed to work from home, good benefits and great co-workers.

Cons

A lot of departments are single threaded with various recent layoffs. Doesn't promote continuing education.

Advice to Management

Communicate with the employees more and reward those that go above and beyond often.
