ON24 is great for remote employees. My manager trusts me to get my job done and doesn’t micromanage at all, and is always available to help with questions. There are a lot of tenured employees, which... is always a good sign. I’ve never felt so appreciated and recognized for my hard work as I do here. I am paid very fairly and the insurance is great. I feel as though the senior director of our department truly cares about his staff.
The last quarter of the year is our busy season and can be pretty rough with long hours and a lot going on. Being remote can be lonely, as there is not much interaction with your team. It would be... appreciated if remote employees could be included in the Christmas party or an annual office visit. As nearly everyone else has said, the lack of a 401K match is disappointing, as every other company I’ve worked for has matched a percentage. PTO is good but could be better. The CFO and CMO have both left the company recently, which is concerning.
Advice to Management
Hiring additional folks during the last quarter would help with work/life balance throughout the busy season. Keep up the great work with supporting your team. We appreciate you always having our... backs.
I have been working at OneLogin full-time for less than a year
This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. 1) The pay is awesome. 2) The benefits are incredible and make employees feel taken care of. 3) The people are all really nice... and a joy to be around which is hard to find in tech. 4) The work is very satisfying and is constantly getting more and more challenging (in a good way). 5) The management *really* cares about what everyone has to say. Even if you have feedback that might rival an agenda it is listened to and evaluated fairly. 6) The product is the best in the business - bar none.
This isn't really a con but there's a steep onboarding curve for engineering. But, given the complexity of the product, it's par for the course.
Advice to Management
Keep staying agile and protecting some of the biggest companies around.
