1) Strong Vision and Mission, with Passion - The commitment of this company said it all - "keep your people safe and businesses running. faster". When you are working for a company that has a... purpose and a strong desire to protect others and the world, it certainly feels way more than a job. 2) Leadership - Strong Executive Leadership Team with a lot of IT industry experience, proven records in leading various size of organizations from Fortune companies all the way to next generation start-up, exceptional entrepreneurial spirit and strong aspiration to achieve the next higher level of successes, customer-centric and methodical mindset in operating the business, but more importantly value and respect their employees' opinions and contributions to the company 3) Smart and Strong Team Culture - many top talents and subject matter experts are working in this company, and they collaborate closely and unselfishly together on a daily basis which forms a strong team culture for everyone to learn, contribute and achieve big things together 4) Flexible, Compassionate and Socially Responsible to people - As of late, quickly implemented the non-essential travel policy to combat the COVID-19, allowing employees to work from home, and even starting a remote onboarding process for new hires. All of these preventive steps just prove how much the company cares about its employees, the family and friends of the employees, and more importantly public safety to others
Room to optimize the organization better to further strengthen the company - Like many companies during the high growth phase, things are moving very fast and especially in this early 2020 with all... of the critical events that we are helping many countries and companies to manage. This is a growing pain of any high growth companies, and I believe and trust the Executive Leadership team is aware and balancing between the speed and business opportunity in order to further accelerate the business performance

Continue to keep up the passion, stay humble to serve, and execute the vision and mission; while continue to be the top leading pioneer of this industry. The world needs a company like this to avoid... and/or minimize the impact from a critical event.
