No helping you on the phone

Cons

I am sure RCMP are the best police force in the world. They are helpful attentive and responsive. No matter where you are calling from, their first line of help is to listen to you and try to... help. But not the NYPD. You have to physically make it there. Even if someone is holding you hostage. Bad policing policy.
