A huge amount of freedom given to all to try new things, learn, and do meaningful work. If you do good work and provide value, your team will reward you (raises, promotions, etc). It's not uncommon... for folks to get fast tracked into promotions early in their careers here.
Cons
As with many companies, there can be periods of uncertainty when the economy isn't doing too great, which can lead to layoffs. Thankfully, the team is fairly transparent when these occur and they've... been around for 10+ years now (so they must be doing something right!)
