Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at NationBuilder full-time for less than a year

Pros

I've worked at NationBuilder for about 6 months. It's a tremendous place to work and the staff are the kindest and most thoughtful group of people I've ever met. It's a deliberately developmental... organization that invests in its people and provides not just opportunities but encouragement to grow. There's been a leadership transition (bigger than new CEO) that's elevated an incredibly talented group of new executives to senior leadership from both inside and outside the org over the last two years.

Cons

There's some standard mature stage startup issues, like tech debt and product direction questions that people are focused on fixing but aren't fixed and they need to be.

Advice to Management

Stay focused on the core product.

Pros

Great company composed of both onsite and teleworking teams. Inspiring leadership. Great cause - organizing people to get more involved in sports/life.

Cons

Incredible growth can sometimes bring lots of change on the fly.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work.
