Pros

Good pay, hours and work life balance. I worked with great people.

Cons

Poor benefits- costly high deductible HSA plans. Political and job promotions are difficult/given to employees based on reasons other than being based on job skill/knowledge or who would be the... best candidate for the job. This hurt our contract extremely bad and created for poor morale.

Advice to Management

Promote based on job experience, knowledge, and qualifications.
