"Sales Ambassador"Jun 27, 2017

Former Employee - Sales Ambassador

I worked at Montblanc full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, 3 week vacation to start, 4 weeks by 5th year of employment. Potential to grow client base and increase earnings based on effort. Current management is amazing. The company is... supportive of their staff and treats staff with respect.

Cons

This is retail, and the biggest con is customer demands can be unreasonable.

Advice to Management

Current management is great, very business development driven. Company is poised for growth.

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at Cartier

Pros

Great work spirit, steep learning curve, challenging but in a good way

Cons

Some aspects of product development are not accessible to interns which sucks
