-You learn many different IT related skills -Staff and co-workers are welcoming and friendly -Work with various differnt IT departments
-Work can get stressful at times but if you are someone who works well under pressure, this won't be a problem -projects pile up from time to time and you must work on all of them on a daily basis

-honest and straight forward which is great -telling interns from the beginning of the job what they are expected of would be great

This company definitely has a terrific culture. Having worked on different companies in the past, I feel that PointClickCare definitely stands out with the way they care about their employees and... treat them as 'family'. When you have great people who are passionate and enthusiastic, the performance just follows.

Advice to Management
You are emphasizing more on innovation. That's cool. But, it would be great if you have new initiatives which allow employees to showcase their ideas. Hackathons, Incubation clubs, investments on... potential solutions, etc. would drive more people to think out-of-the-box.
