Lots of wonderful things about this place! Management was wonderful, True leaders. Co-workers were caring and more like family. There is a gym, masseuse, and a cafe with fresh made healthy foods... everyday. There is a track around the building and basketball courts to take advantage of in the warmer weather. You were able to listen to headphones while you worked. They had a bunch of catered picnics on the patio in the back of the building, with a DJ. The work was fast and steady and you are in charge of your own workload, so time management skills are important .
The only Con that I can recall were the pay-raises. A couple cents raise, and I don't recall any bonuses. Also,
Advice to Management
Management was great. The company promoted from within first, and management positions were filled by men, women, minorities, etc., Management was also friendly, approachable and easy to talk to.
