Featured Review

Former Intern - Gameplay Programmer

I worked at Ludia for less than a year

Pros

- Diversity in tasks: due to the teams being relatively small, you will be given tasks according to what is currently needed, both on the tools and gameplay side. It makes you learn a lot. - Very... supportive coworkers that value your input and include you in all important conversations. - Gradual increase in task challenge: they will give you tasks that challenge you just a bit more than the previous one. By the end of the internship, you feel that you've become a full-timer.

Cons

- Mobile freemium games, market-driven rather than creative-driver.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!

Current Employee - Senior Full-Stack Developer

I have been working at Unity Technologies full-time for less than a year

Pros

- Challenging - Great team - Everyday free lunch catering service - Travellings from time to time - Indoor Bikes parking and showers - Gym and Commute monthly refunds

Cons

- Very limited parking, unless you pay for the building's private parking

Advice to Management

Keep those lenghty interview processes. It's painful but it ensures only the best team players get there!
