Pros

#Immediate leadership takes care of the people in SOC. #Awesome team to work with, they go above and beyond to help you. #Good place for people who want to get into cybersecurity. #Lots of... technologies to work on.

Cons

#SOC is in maturing and growth phase, so days can be long.

Advice to Management

SOC needs more investment, also team needs more people for round the clock coverage!
