The obvious things about working in the entertainment and sports industry.
Cons
1. Inexperienced upper-level management makes things difficult 2. Experienced techs are jumping ship 3. No communication between upper management and the workers. 4. Experienced engineers have no... respect for the top management. 5. Almost every employee is looking for another job, even if it pays less... 6. Yes, it's that bad.
Advice to Management
Employ better upper - level management, you are losing and will continue to lose top skilled technicians and engineers because of a bad hire. Inability to listen to suggestions by upper management,... who micromanages and thinks they know it all, is a losing strategy. Fix it! Though it might be too late for those already deciding to leave.
