nice to employees. good company work ethic fun place to work at good summer job for students have room to grow

has a variable work schedule. on-call work for first year employees has many employees long hours in the sun seasonal position

Keep focusing on growth, feedback, and finding the right people and nurturing them. Hold onto the strong culture and focus on people, it's really special. Keep finding ways to develop and advance... staff as long term win-win investment. Find ways to reward (bonuses, advancement?) OT and high performers in meaningful ways.
