"Great company"Oct 9, 2018

Current Contractor - CSA

I have been working at Kony for less than a year

Pros

Good culture, great team, very positive attitude

Cons

Didn't encounter any yet. Hopefully none.

Current Employee - Software Developer

I have been working at KORE Software full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Exposure to new technologies (including lots of AWS) - Encouraged to share ideas and push for improvement - Great leadership who understand what engineers need to be successful - No "dumbing... things down" for management (including VPs) - Great culture and team to work with. Everyone very dedicated - Lots of opportunity to expand skills

Cons

- Growing fast and sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the latest changes on all teams - Variety of technologies used between teams - HR processes could use improvement

Advice to Management

Keep refining the structure of teams to make sure employees aren't getting lost in the shuffle
