Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at PwC full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The learning curve is steep and we get all the support we need. Colleagues are open and helpful, management as well. New opportunities to learn and meet. Opportunities to travel and work on exciting... mandates. accent is on quality of work.

Cons

May be working on more than one mandate if things are not over in time. can be stressful to meet deadlines. lots of overtime during busy season.

Advice to Management

plan the way some tasks should be done ahead, so that new people on mandates do not have to redo it all over again.
