Current Employee - Coordinator

I have been working at Earls Kitchen + Bar full-time for more than a year

Pros

Amazing work culture, great people, team building events, recognition, work-life balance, flexible hours, one on one mentorship, growth opportunities, truly care about their people (view their people... more as a family then their employees)

Cons

The only negative I can think of is they are not big on remote work, but overall they are the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working for

Advice to Management

None. Keep it up!
