A good place to get an experience from, for freshers, NOT a good place to stay or enter at inter-mediate level as salary bar is terribly low (hand to mouth stuff).[95% employees have started as... freshers]. Co-Workers are awesome, as we all are sailing in the same boat. Company is doing a lot of investments in infrastructure. The WFH option is good, atleast this makes us believe that there is some sort of trust administration has in employees.
This company is rooted on nepotism, from manager/assistant manager to most of the employees. You can NEVER speak against the administration or you face termination, for the silliest of the reasons... [last year a senior (administration critic] employee faced the same fate]. The senior management is hand in glove with the administration, that employees need to comprehend and understand. Slogan is "Loyalty over Principles". Management should be a bit lenient regarding Login/Logout timings, keeping count of pico-seconds make you look idiots [penny wise pound foolish class]. You need to related to any employee for hasle-free entry, exceptions are always there [like me]. Disapproves of CEO to 70% of reviews on Glassdoor should answer the question of reluctance the administration is suffering from acceptance of facts. Employees are forced to write good reviews. A better opportunity if created, 2/3rd employees will surely say you a GOOD BYE!. It as been three years since I am working with this Organization and I feel I am wasting my time as you are NOT learning anything new. Administration should allow inter departmental shifts after proper assessment of skills, keeping an employee in same deptt for more than 2 years makes him less productive. BQE should be run as a professional company not a self owned family business. Ironically!! As company grows, employee DOES NOT!
Advice to Management
Work Professionally. Assess employees periodically and decide annual raises accordingly. Be employee friendly! Note to CEO: Be a leader NOT a businessman!
