- great for employees who want to settle with child and house - super onboarding - access to great resources, tools, and events - salary is above the industry average, but still

Cons

- Lacking new concepts and ideas - repeating existing formula - slow in decision making - a lot of time is spent in meetings

Open culture with mix of start up feeling and big corporate due to Almost 90... years of history. good financial backup. Good salary and work life balance. Great team. Good mix of young and experienced staff.

Cons

Be more present at universities. B2B brands need more visibility to attract high performers!
