I have been working at Infront Consulting full-time for more than a year

Pros

I work with a great group of people who really made me feel right at home from day one. Working remote can have its challenges, but the flexibility of work vs home more than makes up for that. Our... CEO is very approachable and caring and one of the best that I've worked with!

Cons

I don't get to see my co-workers as often as I'd like, but our daily huddles are great to bridge that gap.

Cons

Hard driving environment, metrics driven. If you’re not a grinder, it’s not a place for you

Advice to Management

Best way to motivate your team is by showing them you’ve done it before and you did it extremely well. Show them how, let them run, then do it again.
