Pros
Fulfilling when helping book people's vaccines. Bookings can be few and far between allowing you the time to catch up on news within the company and training.
Cons
Can be back to back bookings during busy days. Lack of communication from management can leave Service Desk Analyst confused. Callers can misdirect anger at you when you can't book for them.
Advice to Management
10 minute meetings each day for analysts to voice concerns and tips would go a long way.

Pros
After being with the company for more than a year, it has been a wonderful and rewarding experience so far! Everyone is given opportunities to grow and there's not a day that we're not learning... (especially in the technical aspect). I feel very lucky to be working/collaborating with such fun, supportive and genuine people!
Cons
Due to our 100% remote setup, I wish there's a chance to meet/work with the team in person!
