Featured Review

Current Employee - Customer Service Representative

I have been working at Homebase Limited full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Varied role, friendly staff, treated well

Cons

Can’t think of any cons really

Former Employee - Senior Staff Attorney

I worked at HomeBase Center for Common Concerns full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The office is located in the historic Flood Building in San Francisco.

Cons

The founder and of counsel, who was the Executive Director until very recently, is incredible toxic. The culture is toxic as a result of the founder.

Advice to Management

Even though the founder / of counsel is no longer the Executive Director, the firm needs to completely examine the toxic culture that the ED created. This is likely impossible. The current CEO needs... to address this head on.
