I have been working at Home Depot Canada part-time

Pros

Scheduling - store is operational from 6AM to 10PM. People who have really flexible schedule will love it Room for improvement: They always promote within before hiring from outside Benefit:... Health, Dental, Tuition Reimbursement etc

Cons

Too flexible: you never get a fixed schedule Depending on the department you might not get a lot of hours at certain periods in a year especially winter

Former Employee - Systems Analyst

I worked at Bell Canada full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Job security, Benefits, Pension plan

Cons

Upper management keeps changing direction consistently

Advice to Management

Give time for things to work before moving to next one
