Growing segment (imported segment), lare portfolio, premium segment, high margin.

Cons

All management centralize in Toronto, poor advertising and programming, succes depend on the distributor

Advice to Management

Work better with the region, expend portfolio with niche brands, NA segment is growing and very profitable.
