Former Intern - Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I worked at Goldman Sachs for less than a year

Pros

Lots of exposure to top deals / transactions. Learned a lot in only 10 weeks.

Cons

Long hours. Definitely more hierarchy than they claim but GS people are among the best you can ask for in banking

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time

Pros

Indescribable culture Unparalleled support Workplace full of professional and intelligent colleagues Opportunities for growth Fair compensation Amazing history Mentorship opportunities Challenging... and engaging work

Cons

Big hours Benefits could be better (really being picky here)
