Former Intern - Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I worked at Goldman Sachs for less than a year

Pros

Lots of exposure to top deals / transactions. Learned a lot in only 10 weeks.

Cons

Long hours. Definitely more hierarchy than they claim but GS people are among the best you can ask for in banking

Current Employee - Senior Manager

I have been working at Heritage Education Funds full-time for less than a year

Pros

- innovative company willing to pilot new ideas and projects; agile development - great benefits and social events - super friendly & creative team who truly want to make a difference

Cons

- smaller company with not as much opporutnity for growth, but lots of opporutnity for cross-training

Advice to Management

Keep growing and innovating!
