Former Intern - Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I worked at Goldman Sachs for less than a year

Pros

Lots of exposure to top deals / transactions. Learned a lot in only 10 weeks.

Cons

Long hours. Definitely more hierarchy than they claim but GS people are among the best you can ask for in banking

Former Employee - Universal Banker

I worked at HSBC Holdings full-time

Pros

HSBC bank was very supportive during the COVID 19 pandemic, they have an open door policy, where every can express them selves

Cons

The worse part about the job was the bureaucracy
