We work in a challenging, competitive, rapidly changing market and there is no room to rest on our laurels. We do move fast to pursue multiple opportunities or try new things to seek continued growth... and sometimes we don't have time to work out the perfect plan but have to course correct as we go. This type of environment can sometimes be challenging for people that can't pivot frequently, have grown complacent or are clock-watchers. We're focused on improving our hiring process to identify people who are going to be a good fit in our environment because we really do want people to be successful at DAS.
