Cons

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Golden Life Management full-time

Pros

Like all great companies, Golden Life excels at supporting employees and making sure they know they matter. The team spirit is palpable, warm and energizing. Management goes out of their way to... make sure new employees feel welcome and ready to complete the tasks at hand. Other employees are also welcoming and helpful in creating a great foundation. Helping seniors find their best possible lifestyle with great food, activities and social connections is meaningful work. Golden Life does this with style and awareness that each day is a day for gratefulness and connection. This is a supportive environment, full of genuine people who work hard for each other and the mission.

Cons

Downsides are that there are few areas of career growth in the company without location changes; but that is just the nature of the industry at this time.
