I have been working at Victoria's Secret part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

-Higher than minimum wage, based on experience -Managers care for you well-being -Hours are flexible but you have to be responsible enough to rearrange your own schedule 3 weeks in advance -bonuses

Cons

-few outside of work activities -customers can be quite mean and inconsiderate
