Current Employee - Maintenance Technician

I have been working at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Lots of unique experiences. If all your work is done and everything is running right, you don't have to pretend to work.

Cons

Fighting with management /workers/union. Requires self motivation to stay involved.

Advice to Management

Don't stress it if you're lower management. Just go with the flow. Upper management I have no clue I wouldn't want your Job that's for sure. Good luck with that.

Former Intern - Test Automation Engineer

I worked at Ford Motor Company for less than a year

Pros

Good work environment, very nice people

Cons

Sometimes slow work, sometimes very busy
