Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at European Investment Bank full-time

Pros

Cons

Bureaucratic, major in-house politics, no authenticity, no real respect, citizenship cliques that protect each other. Fake job posting, appraisal and promotion systems that create unfairness. Boring... jobs and no room to grow for most employees. Issues never addressed.

Former Employee - SAP Technical Consultant

I worked at EBRD full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

A company with a good benefits package and decent working environment

Cons

Office is due to move in the next year which for some will make the commute longer and untenable
