Current Employee - School Partner Coordinator

I have been working at DreamBox Learning full-time

Pros

Coming from DreamBox, I was seeking a job that would fulfill me personally and professionally. Working at DreamBox is just that. The Sales/Inside Sales team has a superb culture, team-like... environment, insane room for growth, and inspiring leadership. Employees are willing to help you, and cross-departmental communication is encouraged. Work-life balance is the best I've had, and there is no micromanagement. Trust is huge - you are trusted to get your job done, which has created a high performing culture to win. Employees are proud to come to work and know that they're making a social impact in the world, especially around education.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Advice to Management

Keep it up. Your visionary perspective and "Do Well To Do Good" values are apparent, and we can feel it. I'm excited to continue to see DreamBox grow, and to further develop students into better... mathematicians.

I worked at TenMarks full-time

Pros

Great educational products. Everyone there is focused on building products that will help improve our educational system with a focus on keeping the teacher in the center of the classroom.

Cons

The only cons while I worked there was pricing because it was out of the range for a lot of school districts. However, they seemed to have fixed that by offering more options.

Advice to Management

The sales management and top leadership has changed, hopefully for the better. I would only suggest that Amazon keep a realistic expectation based on the education market and the timing and flow of... business in that complex arena.
