Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Desjardins full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Very employee and client focused, when they find out something is an irritant they will try to find a solution that works, with being client focused I think this helps with employee experience too.... The vacation package is very attractive starting at 20 days isn’t something many companies offer, they also do fitness reimbursements and I started with a full benefits package whereas previous employers I had to work within the company for six months prior to receiving.

Cons

If you are working in the call centre environment and you are in one of the smaller offices, growth can be quite difficult due to a lack of positions.

Advice to Management

To retain employees it is important that there are opportunities within all of your offices.
