Featured Review

Current Employee - PIP Case MANAGER

I have been working at Department for Work And Pensions full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Flexi time, optional overtime at a good rate, progressing opportunities.

Cons

Can't start work till 7.30am. It was much more flexible when if was 7am.

Advice to Management

When reviewing the next employee deal, don't take more benefits away from us (such as being flexible and allowing 7am starts) or ask us to work later in the day or add sundays into the mix. Please... take into account the work we have delivered through COVID19.

Pros

Good training and opportunity to learn. Fair pay package. Possibility to have real ownership of your trading decisions down the line

Cons

Hard job, learning curve can be very long. Definitely not for everyone. Working hours can be very long
