Pros

team here is building something brand new together. everyone's opinion counts and it's a "we're in this together" mentality. if you are career oriented this is a slam dunk place to spend a few years+

Cons

if you are the type of person who is in a dead sprint to retirement and just trying to make it through... do not work here. they are very driven and this will be intimidating & uncomfortable for... people who do not buy into the company vision.

Advice to Management

continue to recognize authenticity, collaboration, and innovation and you will be okay. never rest on your laurels
