Current Contractor - Project Manager

I have been working at DATA Communications Management for less than a year

Pros

I recently started working at DCM and I have been lucky enough to become part of an amazing team of dedicated individuals and powerful women who have supported me in every way they can. A big pro to... working at DCM is the amount I've been able to develop my skills and learn new ones that are important to my profession. I feel valued for the experience that I came into this job with but also empowered by the number of skills I have built on. The confidence my coworkers have placed in my work has made me a more valuable employee in the long run.

Cons

The only downside I have come across is the constant change within the organization and the amount of work that can come with it, it can be a bit hard for some people to adapt but our industry is... ever changing and you have to deal with it professionally in the best way you can.

Bond is committed to a fantastic employee culture Bond does a great job of communicating internally with monthly All Employee Meetings and many other opportunities Bond is growing at a rapid pace... and celebrates and recognizes all teams success through many different cultural events

Cons

With rapid growth often comes resourcing and process/delivery issues. It's great to see how Bond is so quickly committing to resolving these issues.

Advice to Management

Keep asking and listening to your employees at all levels. We've seen so much positive change in the past few months.
