A big pro to... working at DCM is the amount I've been able to develop my skills and learn new ones that are important to my profession. The only downside I have come across is the constant change within the organization and the amount of work that can come with it, it can be a bit hard for some people to adapt but our industry is... ever changing and you have to deal with it professionally in the best way you can.
