Lack of work-from-home policy was changed based on feedback and positive results during Covid) - Exciting and challenging industry - Diversity both in terms of gender and ethnicity throughout company - Opportunity for growth - Good compensation and benefits package - Company puts its people first - clearly shown in how they handled Covid - It’s clear the company prioritizes culture through honest and clear communication, trust in employees, empowering employees...plus little perks like “snack boxes” during mandatory work-from-home policy during Covid
