Current Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I have been working at University of Waterloo for more than a year

Pros

As a former student, the transition was seamless and was easy to feel like a part of the community with staff members. The pay is good, and there is a wealth of support given to the community

Cons

The level of respect in interactions with different types of clients (ie students, staff, faculty) varies quite a lot and there can be a lot of struggles between older and younger staff members
