Current Employee - Anonymous

I have been working at Crelogix Credit Group full-time

Pros

Continous Feedback through monthly 1-2-1 sessions I provide daily feedback as things occur if needed Ongoing Training Technology driven, always improving to make things smoother and simpler

Cons

Nothing to share, I have no complaints

Former Employee - Manager, FP&A

I worked at Mogo (Canada) full-time for more than a year

Pros

Mogo is at the forefront of the fintech revolution in Canada and being part of this journey is very exciting. Mogo completed a major deal with Difference Capital which opens the doors to a plethora... of opportunities. Mogo has an awesome culture driven by a strong HR team who genuinely care about the staff and do their best to make sure staff are both supported and challenged. The CFO is a Wall Street veteran and getting exposure to someone with his knowledge an expertise was a valuable experience. There's a great buzz in the office with loads of fun events like Halloween, St. Patrick's Day themed parties

Cons

Priorities can change rapidly which can be seen as a pro or con (e.g. some may like the moving targets but others may prefer routine)
