I have been working at Coast Dental Services full-time for less than a year
I left another DSO because they kept promising me patients and they never delivered and kept sending me home so I never got enough hours. I saw an ad for Coast and reached out to find out what... they were like and to see if they were any different - spoiler - they are! My recruiter was great to speak to, start to finish, and she made sure I understood how the call center worked with the office to build my schedule and ensure that I would have the patients I was promised. I even got to speak to the director of hygiene who talked me through their vision for hygienists at Coast. I got hired & the paperwork was easy to fill out and the guy in HR was always there to answer my questions which was also a huge difference to my last company. I wasn't sure if the recruiter was really telling the truth about how the call center worked which is why I waited to write something, but it's true, they really do work with my manager to keep my schedule full!
We have calls just for hygienists which I like, but I feel like they focus a bit too much on products sometimes and not enough on our development
Advice to Management
Focus more on our development and ask for our feedback - we have a lot of great ideas
