I have been working at Central Garden & Pet for more than 10 years

Pros

At the heart of Central are the amazing people who work here! The leadership is strong and has a great vision for growth. And this last year taught us (more than ever) how important our home, gardens..., and pets are!! Central also provides good work - life balance.

Cons

Need more brand awareness and name recognition.
