Going to work for sequoia was a fantastic professional move. What I experienced was a company that really dedicated time and effort to providing thorough training. My supervisor was flexible and... encouraging, greatly helpful with any professional dilemmas I encountered, and willing to talk through and come up with solutions. Mental health is a hard field… it just is. But I felt that everyone was in it together. The workplace culture was really real and also hopeful. I can’t say enough good things about it. I loved my colleagues and I loved my staff. I appreciated the creativity and collaboration of the company.

Cons

Behavioral health is disgustingly underfunded but that’s an issue that’s much bigger than sequoia.
