Former Employee - Support Analyst

I worked at Caliber Public Safety full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefits, co-workers, and managers.

Cons

I really didn't have any cons

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

- Great environment, Gym, Cafeteria, Downtown Toronto Office opening soon - CEO that learns everyone’s name and approachable senior leadership team - Amazing culture that encourages people to raise... their hand and take on more - Fast-paced and fun work, working with talented people on interesting projects - Company does NOT just care about profits- they are building something that people want to be a part of and genuinely care - A ton of opportunity ahead of us- acquisitions on the horizon, a very exciting time to be here

Cons

- With growth, comes growing pains. What got us to this level won’t get us to the next. - More deliberate effort is underway to breaking down silos, that are natural in a matrixed environment but... this is taking time

Advice to Management

Unfortunately, there are a lot of negative reviews from people who haven’t had their voice heard via other means. Focus on your leaders, targeting those who are are potentially toxic- not inspiring,... listening and emulating the culture on their respective teams.
