Pros
LOVE the sense of community, collaboration, potential for growth. Great team members. I feel Appen values you, rather than treating you as a disposable addition to the team. We really care about... diversity, collaboration and responsible leadership. Good social causes in play-- really looking to see our social impact increase over the next year! Great company wide communication - very transparent in times of COV19. Weekly calls with the CEO + global team. Daily calls with my team. Impactful work- not an ant in the ant hill. Love working from home!
