I worked at CIBC for more than a year

Pros

Loved the new work from home policies, the project management methodologies and the way the organization was embracing project management in the PMOs and large projects.

Cons

The teams were sometimes bogged down by staff who did not want to adapt new standards but management dealt with those staff properly be engaging them in change.
